Synergy Utility Billing is a third-party utility billing company. We are contracted by property managers and landlords to calculate water, electric and gas bills, send bills on behalf of the property owner or manager, and collect payments from residents. We are not a utility company, nor do we work for the utility company.

You can pay your utility bill (once or recurring autopay) in our online portal here. You can also pay by mail (send your bill stub and a check to Synergy Utility Billing, PO Box 1476, Lakewood, NJ 08701) or with a credit card by phone (800-695-8633). If you prefer ACH direct debit, download, fill out and return this authorization form.

Depending if your unit is metered, you are being billed based on usage. If allocated, the amount on your bill is determined by one of several calculation methods.
